The narrative introduces a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who assigns the characters with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a hidden cult.
The mission focuses on "peculiar trials and a monstrous adversary" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The teaser highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave.
